We are looking for an experienced, responsible and hard-working person for the position of a Carrier Manager  in one of the largest and dynamically developing transport companies in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Active searching for carriers for international road transport;
• Conducting negotiations with transport companies;
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships;
• Planning, organization and control of incoming orders;
• Optimization of operational processes;
• Organizing advertising and sales campaigns;
• Preparation of reports;
• Cooperation with other departments of the company.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a position on the similar profile;
• Very good command of spoken and written English;
• Very good knowledge of the international transport market;
• Ability to build positive and long-term business relationships with the customer and the carrier;
• The ability to negotiate and the ability to work under time pressure;
• Good work organization, willingness to learn and very good communication skills.
